  Where to start. The owner of this place is unreliable and is an ass. I brought an item to get a new zipper. He quoted me 20 bucks and said it should only take a couple days and he would call me. Great. Never got a call. I called him repeatedly over 3 weeks,each time him promising to get it done and call me. First he forgot all about the project a week in and didn't apologize. Then the next week he forgot to get supplies. The next week he forgot again. Then finally he got around to doing it. Not without attitude when I asked him each week when I could expect it. I go to pay and it's now 55 bucks. The girl puts him on the phone and he says he doesn't remember quoting a price. He also said that i obviously dont do alterations and that 3 weeks is great turn around. At this point I chuckled and said I should have gotten a ticket or a quote with the price and wait time as he quoted a couple days and 20 bucks. He told me not to get smart with him and said he will reduce the price a bit but not what we agreed to. I got held hostage and just paid. What a douche with a crap attitude . Get your shirts cleaned here but any alterations stay away. Or just go somewhere where they are nice keep their word and don't bait and switch the price.
