Seems like sometimes I can get through other days it doesn’t seem like they turn their phones on (I call when they “open” but the phone line is still off, called during perhaps their lunch hour and the phones were off but the print was telling me their hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday and nothing about a lunch break)
I felt sometimes that when I brought an issue to my doctor (Doctor B.) that she didn’t take it seriously. I Had/ still have an on going issue that I’ve given up on fixing due to lack of skill or knowledge on part of the Doctor..
I’ve recently gotten another medical concern and I have feel why bother going back when it’ll probably be brushed off.
Better customer care would be preferred. Now looking into going to a different doctor and office altogether.
